Toei Animation has signed two new apparel licensees for its new "Dragon Ball" series in Germany.

Santex Moden will create textile items for adults and teens that will be distributed through mass market retailers, and Nastrovje Potsdam will manufacture adult apparel that will be available at specialty retail.

Additionally, the Underground Toys Company recently inked a deal with Toei Animation Europe for the distribution of its "One Piece" products in Europe. Underground's Pop figurines will soon be available in France, Benelux territories, G/A/S territories, Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal, Italy and in the U.K.
