Shoe range from Dr. Martens will include styles for infants, junior's and adults.

Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products has signed a multi-year, global deal with Dr. Martens to launch the first-ever footwear collection for "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."

Inspired by the original series, the collection for infants, junior's and adults will feature 12 options across four shoe styles.

The line will launch in June 2016, the same month that Teenage Mutant Nina Turtles: Out of the Shadows will launch in movie theaters around the world.

The collection will be available globally in Dr. Marten’s retail stores, e-commerce shops and via key wholesale partners.

“It’s fantastic to partner with an iconic footwear brand such as Dr. Martens to support one of our most popular classic brands,” says Ron Johnson, executive vice president, NVCP. “The boots provide another really great, creative way for fans to declare their inner Turtle, although with four eye-catching designs to chose from, it will likely be harder to stay loyal to just one.”

The deal marks the first collaboration between NVCP and Dr. Martens.

"Dr. Martens are extremely excited at the prospect of joining forces with Viacom and the Turtles to celebrate the launch of the second movie, bringing two global icons from the sewer to the street," says Darren Campbell, global director of merchandising, Dr. Martens.
