Anchor Bay Entertainment is celebrating the launch of its new “Chuggington” DVD, Fire Patrol Rescue, March 31, which introduces a new character to the franchise–Asher.

The new character will further be supported with a brand new train toy from Tomy.

“Chuggington” is currently in its fifth season on Disney Junior and has been licensed to more than 175 territories worldwide.
