Self-help title marks another strong play by the film studio.

NORTH AMERICA- Legendary Entertainment has acquired the rights Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus, according to Variety, and plans to adapt the best-selling self-help book into a feature film.

The book was first released in 1992 and discusses psychological differences between the sexes.

Legendary won’t be the first studio to attempt to adapt the title into a movie, with Lionsgate taking the rights but failing to find a workable storyline before the rights reverted back to author John Gray last year.

Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus wouldn’t be the first self-help book to make its way to the big screen, with other popular titles such as He’s Just Not That Into You and What to Expect When You’re Expecting seeing successful film debuts in recent years.
