Guru Studio, the animation studio behind “Paw Patrol” and “Justin Time,” has begun development on a new animated comedy adventure, titled “Big Blue,” for Kids’ CBC.

The new series, targeted toward children ages 4-8, will follow the sibling underwater adventurers Lettie and Lemo and their submarine crew as they explore and protect a vast ocean covered planet from ship stealing crabs, know-it-all jellyfish and a health inspector shark. Along the way, they’ll unravel secrets and the true origins of their newest recruit, the mysterious Bacon Berry.
