Brandgenuity has appointed independent licensing company Rocket as the pan-European agent for Gas Monkey Garage brand, which is featured on the Discovery TV show "Fast N’ Loud."
Brandgenuity is the brand's worldwide licensing agent.
Rocket has already signed the brand's first licensee in the region–Burning Rubber, which will launch its line of Gas Monkey Garage apparel on May 3.
The brand is based on the Dallas, Texas, auto body shop of the same, where Richard Rawlings and his crew restore classic cars. The Discovery series that features the shop, "Fast N’ Loud," is gaining audience share on Discovery channels in the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, Holland and Sweden, as well as on Sky in Italy. The brand will also be showcased at a number of European car events including the Wheels Festival and the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the U.K., Kustom Kulture in Germany and the Motorbike Expo in Verona, Italy.
The new line from Burning Rubber will include t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, work shirts, socks, gloves, car jackets, hats, underwear, belts, buckles, stickers, car pendants, key rings and more.
Rocket is also looking to expand the brand into a number of additional categories in Europe including bags, accessories, mobile device covers, barbecue equipment, towels, souvenir plush, car decoration and auto accessories.
