In-store event will feature dancing, music, themed activities, a giveaway and more.
The
Harry Potter
-themed event will include a host of activities including a designated themed craft-making station, where customers can create their own ornaments and owl fans; wizarding charades; trivia; a word search; a coloring station; photo opportunities; face painting; fortune telling;
Harry Potter
lookalike showcases; and more. Select stores will also feature treats from the Barnes & Noble Café.
Additionally, all Barnes & Noble locations will offer a free giveaway of a
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: The Illustrated Edition
poster.
In addition to the raft of activities, fans will also be able to shop an assortment of books and merchandise from J.K. Rowling’s wizarding world, including
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I and II
and
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: The Original Screenplay
, as well as wands,

Magical Holiday Ball will take place, Dec. 9, beginning at 7 p.m.
