Former MGM Studios executive Paul Flett has started up Sinclair Global Corporation, based in Los Angeles.

Sinclair Global will offer licensing, promotional sales, marketing and more. The new company's clients already include 24/7 Entertainment, Reflectur, Vivolta and Akimoff Licenses.

Flett, a licensing industry veteran for more than 20 years, has previously worked for Warner Bros., Sega, Mattel, L'Oreal and Nestlé.
