Last week, Amazon announced the grand opening of its second Amazon Go store in the company’s hometown of Seattle, Washington, according to GeekWire.
The second Amazon Go–a new retail experience where shoppers can go in and pay for groceries via Amazon Go’s app without waiting on line–will be located in the Madison Centre office tower at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Marion Street. The first store opened near Amazon’s Day One tower back in January.
Earlier this year, Amazon confirmed plans to open six Go stores in the U.S., and confirmed stores opening in San Francisco and Chicago.
