American Greetings Properties is continuing to add to the roster of Strawberry Shortcake licensees in Brazil, which remains the leading international market for the brand.

The new deals were brokered by AGP’s territory licensing agent Exim Licensing and include home furnishings from J & A Móveis and self-adhesive plastic covers from Vulcan Material Plástico.

Additionally, AGP and Exim have renewed their partnership with retailer Pernambucanas to continue a line of bedding featuring Strawberry Shortcake characters.

“With more than 50 licensees, Brazil is a key market for Strawberry Shortcake’s international licensing strategy,” says Carla Silva, vice president of global licensing, AGP. “These new strategic partnerships will continue to ensure growth of the brand’s presence and allow our fans to interact with the character in a variety ways.”
