
Scholastic is on board to support a new play-centric education program.

The new project aims to help parents and elementary school educators learn about the skills and benefits of play for children in grades 2-5. The collaboration will offer parents and teachers a digital platform that features printable activities for school and home as well as tools, ideas. It will also include lesson plans and research on play theory.
The program will begin this month and will run throughout the summer.
