Toys 'R' Us Rolls Out Wood Car Line

Toys ‘R’ Us announced its first-ever collection of wood vehicles, track and play sets based on the popular Disney-Pixar movie Cars. Available exclusively at Toys ‘R’ Us, the collection was created and designed in collaboration with

The current collection consists of 15 items, including

Cars

vehicle 2-packs and destination play sets; and Toys ‘R’ Us will add new vehicles and play sets based on

Cars 2,

which hits theaters in June.

“The Disney-Pixar Cars Wood Collection builds on our long-standing relationship with Disney Consumer Products and our desire to bring new and innovative play experiences to kids and families through quality products,” says Richard Barry, vice president and general merchandising manager of learning toys, electronics and entertainment at Toys ‘R’ Us. “We are excited to introduce this differentiated line of toys that allows kids to race through the world of Cars in a whole new way.”
