SiriusXM has teamed up Kidz Bop to launch “Kidz Bop Block Party!,” a two-hour weekly show that premieres on Kids Place Live, channel 78, Jan. 13.  The interactive format lets kids across North America help determine weekly playlists and segments and chat with celebrities by participating online.

To celebrate the show’s launch, the Kidz Bop Block Party! super contest offers kids the chance to win a trip to New York City to be a guest DJ on the show by uploading a video.

Each week, KIDZ BOP Block Party! will kick off the show with the “Kidz Bop High 5,” its weekly countdown segment, which features songs based on kids' votes for the songs they want to hear on the website.  The show will also feature an “Artists 2 Know” segment, which will showcase a different musician, actor or performer during a special Q&A session.
