Chico Chihuahua, a Mexican Internet cartoon character, has signed with content distributor Movilaction and Telcel to distribute content across Mexico. Content will be available for Christmas.

The mobile content includes ringtones, images, 3G videos and animations from Chico-chihuahua.com. In addition, the deal includes distribution in the Dominican Republic through mobile company Claro.
