The goal is to expand the brands globally, according to an interview with Rick Darling, president of LF USA, Bruce Rockowitz, president of Li & Fung Trading, Beyonce and Knowles in WWD.

It will be operated as part of LF USA’s fashion brands group. Last month, Li & Fung acquired Oxford Apparel Group.
