New York-based SRG Ventures has been signed by Snooki, Nicole Polizzi of MTV's "Jersey Shore," to build a worldwide licensing program.

As the exclusive worldwide licensing company, SRG Ventures plans to extend the Snooki brand into categories, including denim and jeanswear; clubwear; sportswear; lingerie and intimate apparel; bags, small leather goods and accessories; personal care and beauty products (makeup and fragrances); footwear, sandals and flip-flops; hair products and accessories; jewelry; swimwear and beachwear; sunglasses; and bedding and home goods.

SRG Ventures, a branding, licensing, design and business development company, is led by Steve Goodman, founder, and Larry Heyman, managing director. The company's clients have included Weatherproof, XP Company and their Team USA licenses, National Jean Company, Farrell Sports Concepts, Hohm... Products for Conscious Living and others.
