Hedstrom has completed its acquisition of the sporting goods and game company Regent Sports, which will allow the company to expand into the sporting goods category.

Hedstrom plans to merge Regents array of products with its existing licenses, which include Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Diamond, MacGregor and Halex.
