Gullane Entertainment promotes David Jacobs to senior VP consumer products for the Americas. Formerly group head of U.S. licensing at Gullane, Jacobs will now oversee the newly created North and South America division. His responsibilities include licensing, publishing, consumer marketing and live events for such properties as Thomas the Tank Engine and Guinness World Records.
