CBS reportedly won a tough bidding war for the primetime game show from Sony Pictures Television, Ryan Seacrest Productions and Embassy Row.

In the new show, teams of celebrities and everyday users will test their “Draw Something” skills in front of a studio audience to earn money. Viewers can also play along at home for a chance to win prizes and compete with the celebrities.

If the show is ordered, it will likely hit the CBS line-up in 2013.

“Draw Something” is now owned by social games provider Zynga after it acquired OMGPop, the company that created the game, for $200 million in March.
