The Annoying Orange has reached one billion total views on YouTube. In honor of the occasion, other YouTube stars will roast the character in a special episode Annoying Orange episode Friday, including iJustine (Justine Ezarik) and The Fine Bros (Ben and Rafi Fine).

The property, produced by Collective Digital Studio, has a robust consumer products program. Partners include master toy partner The Bridge Direct, which makes for talking plush, clip-ons and collectible figures available now at Toys 'R' Us and other specialty retailers; Rubies for Halloween 2012 costumes; Hybrid Apparel and Accessory Innovations for apparel and accessory collections targeted to young men and juniors; and NANCO for a line of amusement toys.

The Joester Loria group represents the property. Later this year, the Annoying Orange will debut a television series on Cartoon Network.

"It’s clear that The Annoying Orange is truly a phenomenon as only a select few have ever reached a billion views on YouTube," says Michael Green, CEO of The Collective. "The appeal of this Internet property is evident, not only from the millions of dedicated fans who log on each week, but from its recent expansion beyond the web.  From new product lines rolling out at retail to the debut of The Annoying Orange on Cartoon Network later this year, the popularity will only continue to grow."
