
Through the agreement, ERE will manage all aspects of the brand, including creative and product development, manufacturing, distribution, marketing and licensing agreements.
The company will also look to extend the property into select categories in the U.S. and international markets–including apparel, loungewear, accessories, home décor, housewares, stationery, footwear, social expressions and other relevant categories.
The brand, founded by Todd Goldman, aims to create new ways for people to show their irreverent sense of humor by viewing the world as an adolescent.
Additionally, ERE will unveil a new product line and expansion strategy for David & Goliath at MAGIC, The Collective in Las Vegas, Nev., Aug. 14-16.
