A video game is in the works based on trading card game and animated kids' series "Chaotic," in a deal between Activision Publishing, 4Kids Entertainment and Chaotic USA Entertainment Group.

The game, in development for the Wii, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, is slated to hit store shelves this fall.

"Chaotic was the first trading card franchise specifically designed to connect competition with online interaction, so it's a natural fit for the property to evolve into video games," says Alfred Kahn, chairman and chief executive officer of 4Kids Entertainment.

The Chaotic video game in 3-D will offer players action and role-play challenges with their favorite Chaotic creatures.

4Kids Entertainment (Booth #2435) is exhibiting at this year's Licensing International Expo to be held June 2-4 in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Resort.
