WowWee Acquires Think Tank Toys

WowWee recently purchased Think Tank Toys, a developer of plush toys, novelty items, action figures and promotional toys.

Think Tank Toys handles third-party licensed characters and properties, which include Disney’s Hannah Montana and High School Musical, Chorion’s Mr Men Limited and Wildflower Group’s Mad Libs.

The acquisition will help WowWee expand into lower-priced merchandise. The company is a marketer and distributor of high-tech consumer products.
