Nickelodeon has greenlit a third season of live-action preschool series "Yo Gabba Gabba!," produced by The Magic Store and W!ldbrain.

Production will begin on 13 new episodes in L.A. this August. "Yo Gabba Gabba!" airs daily on Noggin.

Meanwhile, the U.K.'s Channel 4 has picked up the series to air this spring on it's T4 block, according to RDF Kids & Family.

"We are constantly looking to refresh the T4 schedule with new and exciting programming, that will surprise and entertain our audience," says Neil McCallum, head of T4 & Music. "'Yo Gabba Gabba!' looks set to do exactly that, as we look to build on its cult status and make it must-see T4 viewing."

RDF Kids, which also handles U.K. and international licensing rights for the series, has previously sold air rights to ABC Australia, Nick Australia, Treehouse TV in Canada, Disney Channel Latin America, Nickelodeon Asia, Hop! TV in Israel, Jetix Netherlands and SABC in South America.

The show premiered in the U.S. in August 2007 and has since featured many celebrity appearances, including Jack Black, Rachel Dratch, Tony Hawk, The Ting Tings, Jimmy Eat World and Elijah Wood.

Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products (Suite 26) and RDF Rights (Booth #3046) are exhibiting at this year's Licensing International Expo to be held June 2 to 4 in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Resort.
