HIT Entertainment and Chapman Entertainment’s “Fifi and the Flowertots” plans to grow the preschool series brand into apparel and footwear.
Kids with Character has signed on to manufacture and market a girls’ clothing line, which includes preschool to toddler apparel sets and separates, and pram suits featuring the television show’s popular characters.
Wiesner Products will create and market a line of shoes and socks, such as athletic shoes, canvas, flip flops and slippers.
“Fifi and the Flowertots” airs weekdays on PBS KIDS SproutSM. The series was created by Keith Chapman, orginator of “Bob the Builder” and debuted in the U.K. in 2005.
