Three new agencies were chosen to represent Paramount Licensing's upcoming and past film properties in several territories. The studio has also sealed two direct-to-retail deals, including one with H&M.

The new agents include Exim Licensing Group in Latin America, FremantleMedia Enterprises in Australia and New Zealand, and Rubicon in the Middle East and North Africa.

Also, Paramount Licensing has signed the Brazin Retail Group, operator of Sanity and Virgin Megastores in Australia, for college crowd-targeted apparel, accessories and novelties. Alicom has also been renewed as the company's Scandinavian agent, which recently secured a deal with H&M for women's tops based on Paramount's music-themed properties.

"We are excited to increase our presence globally through these well-established, respected agencies.  Not only are they highly capable of tapping in to Paramount's extensive library of titles, they are uniquely positioned to promote our upcoming slate of films," says Ryan Gagerman, vice president, international, Paramount Licensing.  "Additionally, we are very excited about these direct-to-retail relationships with Brazin Retail Group and H&M Stores, both of which are wonderful complements for our titles.  We expect these to be the first of many to come."
