Caribbean Joe Adds Home Textiles, Kitchen Categories

Brand Matter has tapped WestPoint Home to produce an exclusive line of Caribbean Joe-branded home textiles and more.

The collection will include fashion bedding, bedspreads, quilts, sheets and bedding accessories, beach towels and throws, as well as an extensive line of kitchen products. It will be available at retail (leading department and specialty stores) in late fall 2010 and spring 2011.

"We are excited to add to our growing roster of licensees and to enter the strategically important home textiles category with WestPoint Home," says Rick Platt, president of Brand Matter. "I have known the executive team there for many years and respect the talent and dedication they have brought to this opportunity."

Caribbean Joe products are currently available in the U.S. and Canada and include women's, men's and kids' sportswear, swim, eyewear, women's fragrances, luggage, handbags, footwear, jewelry, headwear and women's sleepwear.

WestPoint Home's other licenses include Lauren Ralph Lauren, Izod, Charisma, Rachael Ray and Harley-Davidson.
