Duncan Hines, Mrs. Butterworth's and other famous food brands from the Pinnacle Foods portfolio will be developed into a licensing program through IMC Licensing.
Pinnacle Foods is also the manufacturer of Hungry-Man, Mrs. Paul's, Van DeKamp, Lender's, Armou, Log Cabin, Vlasic, Swanson, Aunt Jemima, Celeste and Open Pit brands.

"These brands hold leadership positions in their respective retail categories with an estimated 81 percent penetration of U.S. households. We plan to leverage this high consumer awareness and heritage to reach consumers in new ways via both food and non-food products."
IMC Licensing has previously worked with SC Johnson, Chiquita Brands International, Jel Sert, Pet Brands, Valvoline, General Mills and Borghese.
