Toikido Extends Pinata Smashlings Licensing

Blueprint Collections and Danilo will help broaden the Pinata Smashlings IP

Toikido has formed a new commercial partnership with Blueprint Collections and Danilo to create a stationary, gifts, bags and greeting cards range for Pinata Smashlings.

 The yet-to-be-released Pinata Smashlings IP already has plans for a Roblox game, together with suite of toys, collectables, trading cards, books, plush and apparel.

 In partnering with Toikido, Blueprint Collections and Danilo are already in the process of creating the first Pinata Smashlings stationary, gifts, bags and greeting cards range, incorporating exciting new Smashlings characters with release scheduled for spring 2024.

 “Blueprint is thrilled to be working with Toikido on Pinata Smashlings stationery and bags,” says Lisa Shand, managing director, Blueprint Collections. “We love the property and the vast array of characters make it perfect for the collectable category which works so well in the back to school market.”

This latest news follows a series of partnership announcements from the entertainment company, with Toikido having recently unveiled its partnership with IMG to spearhead its licensing program across EMEA, LatAm, and Asia.

 “The Pinata Smashlings IP is gathering pace and fast, with an incredibly exciting and growing range of merchandise set to be released following the launch of the Roblox game this summer,” says Will Ochoa, chief operating officer, Toikido. “I am delighted to welcome both Blueprint Collections and Danilo on board as our latest commercial partner and I can’t wait to see the new Smashlings stationary, bags, greeting cards and gifts range hit retailer shelves next year.”
