Rovio Entertainment and Dreamkids Kindergarten have teamed up to launch the first Angry Birds Playground in Singapore.

Developed in co-operation with the University of Helsinki as well as partners like the NASA, National Geographic and CERN, the Angry Birds Playground is an early school educational concept.

“We are delighted to bring such an innovative program to Singapore,” says Dawn Choy, founder and principal, Dreamkids Kindergarten. “We are confident that the fusion of Dreamkids’ value-based philosophy and Rovio’s Fun Learning approach will create an amazing world of learning experiences for preschool children in Singapore.”

The Dreamkids Kindergarten is the first Angry Birds Playground in Singapore and the fourth in the world, following kindergarten openings in China (Shanghai and Chengdu) in 2014.

“Our ambition is to make learning fun," says Sanna Lukander, vice president, Fun Learning, Rovio. "We know from experience of our games that when kids truly enjoy what they do, they are enthusiastically engaged and curious. An early childhood education system that gets children engaged and in love with learning, benefits children as well as the countries that understand the importance of these crucial early years.”
