Dan Dare Corporation has selected Copyrights, a Chorion company, to represent the international licensing rights of iconic character Dan Dare from the U.K's The Eagle comic. Four licensees are already on board.

Latest partners include Simon Spicer for greeting cards and wrap, Somerbond for apparel, Day 2 Day Trading for figurines and Russimco for a 2010 master toy line.

Copyrights is currently seeking partners to revive the comic hero Dan Dare who's no stranger to licensing, having had many products throughout the '50s and '60s, following the first publication of The Eagle on April 14, 1950.

The book and other related rights continue to be represented by Curtis Brown, on behalf of Dan Dare Corporation, which also handles all film, television and media rights.
