Spin Master has agreed to purchase the library of board games owned by Editrice Giochi, one of the oldest, privately held toy game companies in Italy.
The acquisition will enable Spin Master to expand its selection of games and licensed products in the Italian market with well-known regional games such as Risiko and Scarabeo.
