Nowicki joined Mattel

in November 2020 and is a licensing industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, working with brands such as Peanuts Worldwide, Fox Consumer Products, 4Kids Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company and more. Mattel recently celebrated its

75th anniversary

, and is leveraging its powerful slate of owned and partner IP to drive current and

future licensed consumer product campaigns, of which Nowicki was instrumental in facilitating alongside her team.

Nowicki says she will share details about her next chapter "when the time is right."

Nowicki’s successor will be announced in the coming days.
