Way was most recently a board director at Iris Nation, a U.K.-based independent integrated marketing agency with clients including Orange, Coca Cola and Disney. Prior to that, Way held senior marketing posts at Dunnhumby, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment and Tesco.
“Way brings to HarperCollins Children’s Books a vast amount of experience in developing successful creative consumer and retail marketing strategies for some of the biggest global consumer and FMCG brands," says Ruane. "I look forward to Way applying her obvious marketing talents to our award-winning marketing team and successful, growing list.”
