The Kansas City Chiefs and local streetwear brand Made Mobb have joined forces to produce a limited-edition run of apparel that is being released in conjunction with the start of the team's playoff run.

Made possible through the NFL's local merchandise collaboration initiative intended to diversify teams' product assortment with highly localized offerings, Made Mobb has designed a graphic T-shirt and hoodie that takes Chiefs style from the stadium to the streets. Just 1,000 T-shirts and 1,000 hoodies will be produced.

"We are incredibly thrilled to have the opportunity for an official collaboration with the Chiefs,” says Made Mobb in a statement. “Being a local streetwear brand in Kansas City for the last nine years, The Mobb has dreamt about this moment. For the collaboration, we worked with the Chiefs on a remix of official merchandise, taking the gear from the stadium to the streets."

“As one of Kansas City's leading streetwear brands, Made Mobb was the perfect fit to help us bring this unique merchandise offering to life," says Lara Krug, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, Kansas City Chiefs. "The streetwear game is a traditionally underrepresented market for team apparel due to licensing considerations but having the opportunity to create something so different and unique is going to appeal to many of our fans. We are excited to see this merch fly off the shelves as we start our playoff run."
