OobEdoO, a new digital subscription-video-on-demand service for preschool children has received new funding from Finance Wales and a Xénos business angel with a passion for online education.

Founded in 2014 by BinWeevils co-creator Myke Crosby, OobEdoO is a digital parenting app, that enables preschool children to safely enjoy TV shows and games.

Among the shows already included on the platform are "Angelina Ballerina," "Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom," "Bob the Builder," "Fireman Sam," "In The Night Garden," "Teletubbies," "Thomas and Friends," "Timmy Time" and "Tractor Tom."

The company will use the new investment to acquire and create new content, expand its services, build brand engagement and increase subscriber numbers.
