Bandai America has been renewed for another three years as the global master toy licensee for Cartoon Network Enterprises' Ben 10. The two companies have been partners since 2005.
The renewal agreement with Bandai extends into 2012 and includes Ben 10 rights to action figures, play sets, role-play items and more worldwide. In July 2006, Bandai launched Ben 10 toys at U.S. retailers.
"As master toy licensee and launch partner for Ben 10, Bandai has been instrumental to our success in making Ben one of the most popular boys' action brands on the global market today," says Christina Miller, CNE's senior vice president. "This year, Ben 10 enters its fifth year at retail, marking a major milestone for us, and as we prepare for the next phase of the brand's lifecycle, we're thrilled to continue our collaboration with Bandai to continue its success for years to come."
In its third season, "Ben 10 Alien Force" airs on Cartoon Network on Wednesday nights.
