Preschool character will now be featured in Redan’s Fun to Learn magazine and on a host of coin operated rides.
Acamar Films has signed on two new licensing partners–Redan Publishing and Jolly Roger Amusement Rides–for new products and activations based on the preschool series “Bing.”
CAA-GBG, Acamar Films’ licensing agent, brokered the deals.
First, Redan Publishing will introduce Bing into their multi-character magazine Fun to Learn in the U.K., beginning this August.
Meanwhile, Jolly Roger has created a Bing and Talkie Taxi coin operated ride, which will be available at U.K. shopping centers and retail later this year.
“It’s a very exciting time for Acamar Films–we have great companies on board for consumer products and we are looking forward to growing ‘Bing’s’ presence even more in partnership with Jolly Roger and Redan Publishing,” says Laura Clarke, senior licensing manager, Acamar Films. “These deals enable us to take Bing and his beloved friends into new areas, giving Bingsters new ways of interacting with their favorite show!”
Additionally, Acamar Films recently finalized renewals with existing “Bing” licensees, including Ravensburger for puzzles and games, Immediate Media for the CBeebies magazine and Rainbow Productions for character costumes.
