Smelling Emojis: Paramount Debuts New Perfume Line

Paramount Brand Holdings is set to launch a new collection of fragrances based on the popular emoji brand.

Paramount Brand Holdings is set to launch a new collection of fragrances based on the popular emoji brand.

Retail Monster, the Emoji Company’s North American licensing agent, brokered the deal, which includes a selection of emoji-shaped perfumes and gift sets. The initial collection will include 50ml eau de toilette spray bottles and 3-piece gift sets that include a body wash, lotion and an eau de toilette spray.

“Both [Paramount] and the Emoji Company are thrilled to enable consumers to express themselves via scent,” says Mike Barbanel, vice president, Paramount Brand Holdings. “Paramount Brands is an industry-leading expert, and our debut collection really speaks for itself–bringing the emoji brand to life through 3D-shaped bottles and fun scents.”

Emoji perfumes continue the brands push into the scents category. The brand recently inked a deal with Zimpli Kids on a line of bath bombs.
