Fox Restructures Licensing Division, New Banner Twentieth Century Fox Television has restructured its licensing division to focus on long-term brand building and growth of its international businesses. Under the new banner Fox Consumer Products, Robert Marick, executive vice president, has appointed a team charged with exploiting the company’s blockbuster television and feature film properties through consumer products, retail partnerships and licensing initiatives.

Pam Kunick-Cohen is the division's new senior vice president and heads the global brand management team. She was previously at HIT Entertainment and has also worked as a senior vice president for Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. Ricardo Crespo is appointed as senior vice president of global creative to translate the line-up of television and film properties into compelling new products. Crespo joins from Mattel where he last served as worldwide executive group creative director and, prior to that, held various positions in advertising. The newly designated global category management team will include Gary Rosenfeld, senior vice president of new media, who will continue his role overseeing Fox’s portfolio of video game projects and managing the division’s games development staff. Lora Cohn will serve as vice president of toys and social expressions and Virginia King as vice president of fashion and home.

Marick has also developed teams to cover four distinct geographical regions in order to strengthen operations in these regions and foster a deeper understanding of these individual marketplaces. Marick has appointed Kevin Sherwood as vice president of North American sales. To lead efforts in Asia Pacific and Latin America, Bob Bacon has been named vice president. Carl Lumbard is senior vice president and managing director, EMEA.
