As a part of the agreement, Flipkart Group will manage Nautica’s online and offline business in India through a network of franchise partners. The deal is the first of its size for the company and marks one of the biggest managed brands under the Flipkart banner.
Launched in 2007, Flipkart is one of India’s largest e-commerce platform. It has a registered customer base of more than 160 million, offering more than 80 million products across 80+ categories. Flipkart also owns the popular online fashion marketplaces Myntra and Jabong.
