Scott Brothers Global (SBG), the company behind the HGTV series “Property Brothers,” has partnered with Storm8 to develop a mobile game based on the show.

“Property Brothers Home Design” (PBHD) will see players join Drew and Jonathan Scott from “Property Brothers” as they help homeowners renovate, design, customize and decorate spaces to create homes. Strom8’s aims to incorporate the twins’ distinct design sensibilities while disclosing more about their personal story as players complete ever-challenging levels.

“We have had a blast working with Storm8 on creating a fun game that captures the essence of our shows,” says Drew Scott. “Now it’s up to our fans to put their design chops to work and create beautiful homes for our deserving ‘virtual’ clients.”

The game marks a new licensing vertical for SBG, which previously focused on developing licensing deals in the home furnishing space. It bought the “Property Brothers” IP from Cineflix Media earlier this year. As part of the acquisition, SBG’s production arm, ScottBrothers Entertainment Inc. (SBE), took over all production of the brand’s HGTV series.
