Microsoft video game studio The Coalition has announced that upcoming title “Gears of War 5” will feature crossover characters from other properties.
Making the announcement at Gamescom 2019, the studio reported that the multiplayer “Horde Mode” of the game will feature new characters such as Sarah Connor from “Terminator Dark Fate” and Kat and Emile from the “Halo” series.
The announcement continues the growing trend of crossovers among video game franchises. Other crossovers have included deals on games such as
“Fortnite.”
