Myesports Ventures will open Canada’s first eSports stadium in Richmond, British Columbia in 2019.

The Gaming Stadium will offer local gamers of all ages and skill sets a chance to watch and participate in eSports competitions year-round. The venue will feature a large main gaming stage with seating for 250 people, a gaming area with more than 40 setups, a casual area for drop-ins, a full broadcast facility and a range of food and beverage options.

"We are focused on more than top-level players or hosting major events,” says Matthew Low, chief operating officer, Myesports Ventures. “We are aiming to cultivate the next great gamers as we will be holding leagues for all skill levels while also offering coaching for those who want to take their skills to the next level. We are going to be the Little League, Junior League and Major League home of all things eSports in Vancouver."
