“Tim has been a fixture of the toy and children’s entertainment community for decades, holding executive positions at Mattel, Activision Blizzard, PlayMonster and The Walt Disney Company before joining Hasbro,” says Aaron Muderick, chair of The Toy Association board and founder, executive chairman, Crazy Aaron’s. “He has also been an active participant in The Toy Association for many years, having previously held positions on the board of directors and executive committee. Tim’s deep knowledge of the industry, coupled with his dedication to advancing the toy community and serving the needs of all members, are a welcome addition to the board as we enter a new era for The Toy Association and its membership.”

Kilpin previously served on the board in 2015 and 2018. In 2019, he was elected to the board’s executive committee and served two consecutive two-year terms on the committee before assuming the position of vice-chair. The effective date of his current role on the executive committee was Jan. 5.
