NORTH AMERICA–Moose Toys has signed on its first wave of licensing partners to develop new merchandise for its die-cast vehicle brand, Shopkins Cutie Cars.

The brand’s first licensing partners include Scholastic for books, which will launch this month and throughout 2018; Goliath Games for board games, which launch in spring 2018; and Mighty Kingdom for a mobile app launching next December. Additional licensees are expected to be announced in January.

Moose Toys is also set to launch a new season of Cutie Cars toys with all-new models in early 2018. More webisodes are also set to launch in spring 2018 to coincide with the new line.

“2018 is the ideal time for a strategic roll out of licensed Cute Cars products,” says Nicole Hardiman, senior licensing manager, Moose Toys. “We’re excited to be working with successful Shopkins licensees such as Scholastic and Goliath Games, who understand the Shopkins franchise so well.”
