Jakks Grows Nintendo Product Lineup

Gaming brands Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong and more to be featured in new toy range.

Nintendo has partnered with Jakks Pacific to expand its licensed World of Nintendo range with new figures and plush products.

The new World of Nintendo range will feature characters from “Super Mario,” “The Legend of Zelda,” “Metroid,” “Donkey Kong,” “Animal Crossing,” “Splatoon” and more and will include products such as 7.5-inch plush toys, 2.5-inch figures and 4-inch figures.

The line will also include sound plush toys that will feature items from Nintendo franchises such as the 1-up mushroom, question block, super star, Koopa shells and more.

“Nintendo is such an iconic and nostalgic brand that is beloved by multiple generations of fans,” says John Blaney, executive vice president, marketing, Jakks Pacific. “We are thrilled to grow our exciting line of figures and plush by offering new World of Nintendo characters to the fans, as well as expand with new products such as our World of Nintendo Sounds Plush, which feature iconic sounds from top Nintendo franchises.”

The new World of Nintendo products will launch this spring and can be found at mass retailers, both online and in-store.
