Hunter Price International has announced a structure change to underpin the next phase of its growth strategy.
Allana Holmes, who has been with the company for nearly three years in the role of sales director for the home and lifestyle division, will take on the role of commercial director from this month. Holmes, who was named as one of the leading ‘Disruptors’ in License Global’s annual Influentials report in 2023, will spearhead Hunter Price’s strategic vision.
As part of the company’s evolution, co-founders, Jeremy Winburn and Josh Eden, will become co-chief executive officers. Winburn, the company’s former commercial director, will work with Holmes across all commercial departments, while leading Hunter Price’s global growth ambitions across Europe and the U.S.
Under his new role, Eden will continue to oversee and lead the group’s U.K. and international operations and financial activities as it expands into new territories around the globe.
Over the past two years, Hunter Price has been evolving and investing in its own brand propositions and licensed product portfolio, across toys, accessories, lifestyle, stationery and arts and crafts.
“Over the past two years we’ve honed our overall market offer and played to our strengths, with the aim of futureproofing the business for the long term,” says Holmes. “I believe our relentless customer-first approach sets us apart. Supporting and sustaining our partnerships with a completing not competing mindset. We work alongside our customers as an extension of their teams to provide everything from design-led cross-category solutions to creative campaigns, which adds real value to their businesses.
“We have an ambitious growth strategy, with a road map that will build on our recent successes to deliver commercial impact, through ingenuity, originality and consistency, to increase our market share, particularly across our own brands.”
“From day one, Hunter Price has been an agile, energetic and customer-focused business with real entrepreneurial spirit,” says Winburn. “That’s still the same today; that’s who we are. Over the years we’ve grown considerably – and grown up significantly. We still have the same brave and bold drive to be better and do better across the whole business. We continuously challenge and improve the way we do things, from our sales approach to our creative storytelling.
“The message we’d like to send with the restructure announcement, to our team, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, is an unwavering investment and commitment to excellence in everything we do as we begin our new era.”
