Juventus Scores Agent in Russia, CIS

Rainbow will bring the football giant into a host of categories across the Eastern European regions.

EUROPE–Italian football club Juventus has appointed the Rainbow Group to serve as its licensing agent throughout Russia and the CIS region.

“We are incredibly excited about this new collaboration as Juventus is an iconic football club with growing presence in Russia and CIS, which could be boosted by Rainbow’s experience in licensing in these territories,” says Matteo Olivetti, head, consumer product sales, Rainbow. “This gives us a very solid platform to build on and we will be using our knowledge and experience of these territories to build a strong licensing program that takes in a wide variety of categories."

Through the representation agreement, Rainbow will work to secure a variety of consumer products agreements for the football giant, which boasts a large fan base within the aforementioned regions.
