Brand management agency will now represent the boxer’s photo assets across multiple categories.

The Boxing Hall of Fame has appointed Firefly Brand Management to represent Mike Tyson’s intellectual property for licensing.

The deal will see Firefly represent Tyson for two years in all product categories utilizing select assets from the photo library controlled by the Boxing Hall of Fame. The Mike Tyson photo assets include all images, graphics and photographs taken during Tyson’s championship years, 1985-1990.

The Boxing Hall of Fame owns a collection of rare, historic memorabilia. Many of the graphics, including 5,000 photographs, posters and tickets, span more than 100 years of boxing history and are currently displayed on the Boxing Hall of Fame website. The Hall of Fame is dedicated to honoring and preserving the history of boxing, and in particular, those who have made outstanding contributions and achievements in the development of the game.

“The Boxing Hall of Fame, Las Vegas, Nevada, has a wealth of memorabilia including sounds, videos and films of the world’s best boxing events featuring the world’s leading boxing icons,” says Cynthia Modders, president and owner, Firefly. “Mike Tyson is one of the most recognized sports personalities in the world, and we are thrilled to have this opportunity to work with The Boxing Hall of Fame. We look forward to expanding their Mike Tyson brand even further.”

Mike Tyson competed from 1985 to 2005 and held the undisputed heavyweight championship. He also holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the WBA, WBC and IBF heavyweight titles.
